Remote Cognitive Testing with BrainCheck

Eligibility Requirements:

  • Have a diagnosis of MCI or dementia
  • Have access to and be able to use a smartphone, (iPhone or Android), and internet connection.
  • Age 60 years or older
  • Speak and read English
  • Normal or corrected vision/hearing

About the Study:

This study is looking to better understand differences in thinking and memory in older adults with memory impairment using simple brain games. Each participant will complete questionnaires and brief gamified cognitive assessments and receive monetary compensation of $30.

Purpose:

The data will help researchers gain a better understanding of how BrainCheck cognitive assessments perform in an at-home setting.

What is Involved:

Participants will be using their smartphone (iPhone or Android) to complete 3 study sessions (14 days apart). Each session will take approximately 20 minutes and will consist of questionnaires and brain games. Participants will receive $30 compensation for completing the study.
